This is a 6inch boning knife from @cangshancutlery This is a 6inch boning knife from @cangshancutlery . This is my favorite knife for trimming meat. It has a sharp edge and a sharp tip. When trimming meat it is very important to have a sharp knife. The tip works great to get under silver skin and fat. It also helps to get into small areas such as chicken thighs.

This is definitely one of my favorite tools. This This is definitely one of my favorite tools. This is the @thermoworks signal. This thermometer transmits via Bluetooth and WiFi to an app that you download on your phone. It also has a graphing feature. You can see the temperature rise on a graph. It comes with 3 meat probes and 1 temperature probe. You can see all 4 temps on you phone. You can set alarms for high and low temps. This has a lot of awesome features. Temperature is the most important thing in any cooking. If your looking for a great thermometer check out @thermoworks .

Butter makes it better! A while back I did a poll. Butter makes it better! A while back I did a poll. The majority of people liked saucy ribs and chicken.
When saucing your meat make sure to heat your sauce and add a little butter.(or a lot of butter if you would like😂🤣🤣) I usually use 1/2 tablespoon per ounce of sauce. For example 4 tablespoon per cup This does 2 things. It gives the sauce a nice glisten. It also makes your sauce more runny, which makes it so you can get a more even coat of sauce on your meat.
Are you a saucy meat person?
